Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned cases from start to finish
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Oversee discovery matters and represent clients at court hearings and mediations
- Provide guidance and training to clients and staff
- Communicate directly with clients

Qualifications:

- 1-5 years of experience in foreclosure and REO-related litigation
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas and admitted in all Federal District Courts within the state
- Member in good standing with the Arkansas Bar Association
- Strong legal research skills and ability to manage a caseload

Work Schedule:

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 . to 5:00 .
