The candidate must have recent federal judicial clerkship experience. Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills are required. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential. Foreign language skills are a plus. Must be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice in DE. Should be available to start in 2024 following the end of their clerkship are encouraged to apply.
