• Meet the firm's billable hour expectations, with an annual target of 1825 billable hours.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation, focusing on ANDA cases.
• PhD in organic chemistry is mandatory.
• Bar admission in Washington .
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.

Education:
