# eDiscovery Staff Attorney

Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney for a part time staff attorney position to join its Litigation Team as an eDiscovery specialist. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

## Job Overview

The eDiscovery Staff Attorney will join the Litigation Team and will be responsible for managing and coordinating large scale document collection and production, while demonstrating thorough knowledge of industry-standard eDiscovery applications, methods, advanced review technologies, strategies, and best practices.

## Responsibilities

- Design creative solutions to complex discovery problems and case assessments
- Vet and use complex technology solutions to assist with collection and analytic review of documents and data
- Negotiate discovery responses with opposing counsel
- Lead deposition preparation work
- Prepare and lead firm trainings on eDiscovery best practices

## Qualifications

- Substantive hands-on experience in managing and coordinating large scale document collection and production
- Thorough knowledge of industry-standard eDiscovery applications, methods, advanced review technologies, strategies, and best practices
- Strong problem solving and organization skills
- High level experience or certification in Relativity and/or Brainspace (preferred)
- Virginia bar membership is required
