- A high level of academic achievement, with a JD from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of experience in health care litigation, with a focus on False Claims Act matters
- Previous experience in a law firm or clerkship
- Strong persuasive writing skills, particularly in drafting federal court pleadings and motions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to help grow and support our national practice

The responsibilities for this position may include:

- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents
- Assisting with government investigations and related litigation
- Communicating with clients and government regulators
- Participating in trials and hearings
- Supporting and collaborating with other members of the health care litigation team
