Corporate Counsel - Commercial Litigation: Join our Corporate Legal Department’s Commercial Litigation Team at Sodexo with a Hybrid Work Arrangement. We are looking for a mid- to senior-level attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in business-related litigation. This role will manage cases for the Company's nationwide litigation docket and advise internal clients on business-related disputes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to internal clients on a broad range of business-related litigation matters
- Manage a caseload of nationwide complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters
- Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Conduct case investigations and oversee work performed by legal paraprofessionals
- Prepare quarterly reports on all formal commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters
- Advise on ways to manage exposure to new or increased legal risks
- Conduct internal training and provide updates to clients on significant developments in the law

Qualifications:
- JD degree and active membership in at least one state bar
- 4-10 years of relevant business-related litigation experience
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands

Salary: $132,800 to $200,970/year
Location: Hybrid Work Arrangement at North America headquarters in North Bethesda, Maryland
