We prefer applicants to have at least one year experience in actively handling workers' compensation matters, employment matters or personal injury. Excellent negotiation skills are a must. Salary is very competitive and contains paid time off, bonuses, standard mileage and cost reimbursements, cell phone, bar dues, and health benefits.
