Government Contracts Associate (3-6 years): Denver, CO

The law firm of Holland & Hart is seeking an experienced government contracts attorney to join their Denver, Colorado office. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 3-6 years of experience in federal government contracts to join a busy and growing practice group. Other office locations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Position Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience with federal government contracts from a top-tier law firm, in-house, or government
- Strong academic record and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated track-record of working in a fast-paced environment

Ideal candidates will have a combination of experience in the following areas:

- Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS, as well as other agency supplements
- Prosecution and defense of bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and . Court of Federal Claims
- Litigation of claims under the Contract Disputes Act
- Internal investigations involving compliance, internal controls, and procurement fraud
- Due diligence in support of M&A transactions

Compensation and Expectations:

- Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based
- Salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $190,000 - $240,000 (as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act)
- Generous bonus program based on individual performance and achievements
- Fee splits for associates
- Expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), including at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
