Overview:
- Law Firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney for our Atlanta, Georgia office

Responsibilities:
- Handle workers' compensation cases from start to finish
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree required
- Two or more years of workers' compensation experience preferred
- Prior experience in insurance defense encouraged
- Must be licensed to practice in Georgia
