Job Overview:

The Pre Litigation Intake Attorney Manager will oversee the intake process of personal injury cases, manage a team of intake attorneys, and ensure smooth communication between clients and attorneys.

Duties:

  • Manage and supervise a team of intake attorneys.
  • Oversee the intake process of personal injury cases from initial client contact to case assignment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate gathering of relevant case information and documentation.
  • Evaluate case viability and make recommendations for further action.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the intake team to review performance and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to facilitate case progression.
  • Maintain accurate records of intake processes and case statuses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve intake processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
  • 5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury practice.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research and case evaluation.
  • Knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.

Certifications:
