Law Firm is currently seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their team. This position is open to any of their Michigan offices.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of law firm experience and will possess excellent academic credentials. They must have experience with commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, easements, office, retail and industrial leases, and title and survey review and analysis. Experience with loan documentation, loan opinion and financing matters and renewable energy matters is a plus.

Successful candidates must have:
