- Bilingual (Spanish/English) staff attorney position for LASO's Farmworker Program
- Partial remote work option available

- Represent agricultural workers in federal and state courts and administrative agencies

- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to anti-bias principles and addressing systemic racism
- Must have excellent legal and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be a member of the Oregon bar or eligible for reciprocity
- Fluency in Spanish required
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel
