Job Title: Senior Manager - Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax services, with a focus on partnership structures and related transactions

Introduction:

Our Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions practice is dedicated to helping clients with financial reporting, capital market analysis, internal controls, taxation and advisory services related to complex partnership structures. As a Senior Manager in this practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of problem solvers, providing strategic consulting and specialized tax knowledge to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide specialized tax consulting and compliance services to clients with partnership structures and related transactions such as M&A, IPOs, and spinoffs.
- Interpret and apply relevant sections of the US Tax Code, especially related to partnership structures, Up-Cs and UPREITs.
- Consult and model pre- and post-IPOs, as well as a wide range of M&A and equity transactions.
- Assist with marketing and business development efforts.
- Manage the process for and review Federal and State tax returns.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to design and implement systems and process enhancements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other business-related field.
- CPA or member of the Bar certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax services, with a focus on partnership structures and related transactions.
- Strong knowledge of US Tax Code and associated regulations.
- Excellent report-writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal staff.
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
