As an Associate Attorney (Non-litigation) at Hupy and Abraham, ., you will support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, case law research, and screening new client calls. This is a full-time professional position based in our West Des Moines office.

- Draft legal documents such as summons, complaints, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research
- Write briefs and assist with trial preparation
- Screen potential clients
- Other duties as assigned by a litigation attorney

H2: Requirements

- Juris Doctorate degree and licensed by the Iowa State Bar
- Superior customer service skills
- Innovative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
