Salary Competitive salary determined based on experience and qualifications Law Firm seeks Associate Bankruptcy Attorney Law Firm is seeking an Associate Bankruptcy Attorney to join their team. This role requires client contact and a high-volume workload, and the successful candidate will be expected to manage routine bankruptcy matters, draft and review pleadings and claims, attend hearings, and respond to general bankruptcy inquiries. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of bankruptcy rules and laws, as well as general creditor rights laws. They should also possess strong computer literacy and keyboard skills, with excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication. The successful candidate will have a law degree (JD) and a license to practice law (preferably in Georgia). They must also be admitted to the District and/or Bankruptcy Courts in Georgia.
