Introduction:
ALAW Law Firm, a nationwide law firm providing legal representation to financial institutions, is seeking a qualified Managing Attorney to join its Georgia practice group. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated individual who is committed to delivering exceptional legal services and making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of real estate, civil litigation, and creditors' rights matters.
- Utilize our case management and reporting software to actively manage assigned cases.
- Appear in court and handle court proceedings, including travel as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.
- Provide superior client care and maintain proactive communication.
- Collaborate with a team of seasoned industry veterans to deliver efficient and effective legal representation.

Requirements:
- Member in good standing of the Georgia State Bar.
- 8+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
- Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors' rights practice.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
