Law Firm, a leading personal injury firm in Atlanta, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Managing Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled attorneys and staff while handling a variety of complex personal injury cases.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and oversight for cases in litigation handled by co-counsel
- Review cases for viability of litigation and determine which co-counsel to assign
- Consult with clients and co-counsel to resolve issues related to cases in litigation
- Assist and support Senior Managing Attorney as needed
- Liaise with Managing Attorney for In-House Litigation to ensure quality service to clients and mentor in-house attorneys
- Monitor statutes of limitations for both in-house attorneys and co-counsel to ensure timely filing of lawsuits
- Manage and resolve outstanding issues from prior Firm attorneys
- Collaborate with CEO and Senior Managing Attorney on developing policies and procedures for the Quality Control department
- Identify and solve problems, improve correspondence, and assist with annual professional liability insurance renewal

Qualifications:

- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
- 1-3 years of experience in Personal Injury Law (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Personal Injury Law
- Self-motivated and driven by long-term career goals
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
