Shaw Law Group PC is a boutique, woman-owned law firm specializing in solving workplace problems. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced employment attorney in our Sacramento office.

## Requirements

* Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law in California, remain in good standing, and meet requirements for continuing licensure to practice law
* At least three years of employment law experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to meet our annual billable requirement of 1,700 hours

## Responsibilities

* Provide advice and counsel, training, and investigations for private and public sector employers
* Handle administrative hearings and respond to client demand letters
* Mentor and collaborate with experienced attorneys

## Benefits

* Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
