# Attorney/Lawyer - Fast Growing Multi-State Family Law Firm

Stange Law Firm, PC is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated attorney to join their practice in Lawrence, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a passion for Family Law to join one of the fastest-growing law firms in the country.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* Kansas license required
* Family law experience is preferred but not required
* Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience

## Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

* Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence
* Drafting pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
* Corresponding with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
* Interviewing witnesses for court cases and preparing witnesses to testify
* Ensuring the accuracy of all documents prepared
* Promptly appearing in court on all cases assigned
* Handling all aspects of cases assigned to them
* Performing administrative duties as necessary, including filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings
* Conducting legal research for particular issues
