This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced patent attorney or agent to join our team of skilled professionals and work with a diverse range of clients, including start-ups, large companies, and universities.

Our firm specializes in patent preparation and prosecution, with a focus on technical areas such as wearable fitness devices, electrical connectors, smart window systems, satellite deployment mechanisms, rocket systems, semiconductor processing equipment, and more. We are looking for someone with a background in mechanical engineering or a relevant field, or pertinent industry experience.

Qualification Requirements:

- Must be eligible to practice before the . Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
- Bachelor's, Master's, or . in mechanical engineering or relevant field, or relevant industry experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a patent attorney or agent
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Interest in patent prosecution
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues in different time zones in the .

Preferred Requirements:

- Admission to practice before the USPTO
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field
- Prior patent prosecution experience in a law firm setting
