- Conduct intakes with detained individuals and visit detention centers
- Prepare and review diverse immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based petitions
- Work with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations on changes in immigration law
- Meet with potential clients for strategic immigration consultations and develop necessary strategies
- Provide legal analysis and prepare legal briefs for various immigration cases

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Immigration Law
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate and strategize with fellow associates
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a caseload
- Experience with a variety of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, and USCIS applications
- Familiarity with Case Management Software preferred

Pay Range: $70,000 to $90,000 annually
