Responsibilities:
- Explain complex immigration concepts and provide strategic solutions for clients
- Represent individuals in removal proceedings at the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals
- Manage caseload and interact with clients, collaborating with our team of attorneys and legal assistants
- Conduct intakes with detained individuals and visit detention centers
- Prepare and review diverse immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based petitions
- Work with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations on changes in immigration law
- Meet with potential clients for strategic immigration consultations and develop necessary strategies
- Provide legal analysis and prepare legal briefs for various immigration cases

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Immigration Law
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate and strategize with fellow associates
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a caseload
- Experience with a variety of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, and USCIS applications
- Familiarity with Case Management Software preferred

Pay Range: $70,000 to $90,000 annually

As the Associate Remote Immigration Attorney, you will work closely with the Managing Immigration Attorney and manage your own caseload. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our team of experienced attorneys and legal assistants.
