The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, infringement matters, licensing agreements, copyright issues, trade secrets, and related matters in diverse fields such as bio-pharmaceuticals, chemistry, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and optoelectronics.

Duties:

  • Manage patent prosecution process, including drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications.

Requirements:
