Salary Information:
- Base Pay Range: $216, - $297, per year (SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area)
- Base Pay Range: $194, - $267, per year (California, Washington, Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts)
- Base Pay Range: $174, - $239, per year (All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area)
- Incentive compensation and equity or long-term cash awards may also be included in the compensation package.

- Splunk is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support various solutions groups and business teams.
- This role involves working closely with key internal partners on strategic and day-to-day legal matters.
- You will ensure production readiness, build scalable compliance strategies, and address customer requirements.
- The position reports to the Director, Products and Marketing (Legal).
- Success in this role requires excellent business judgment, critical thinking, and a strong work ethic.
