Job Title: Post-Conviction Relief Attorney
Department: Criminal Defense and Immigration Law
Experience Level: Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice to clients and draft legal documents related to their cases
- Manage post-conviction relief cases, including motions to vacate, expungements, and early termination of probation
- Attend motion hearings and advise clients on best strategies
- Handle open criminal cases and manage court appearances, drafting motions, and conducting legal research
- Analyze probable outcomes of cases and provide legal analysis to clients
- Collaborate with team of attorneys and legal assistants

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in criminal defense or immigration law
- Familiarity with state and local criminal cases
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills

Salary Information:

- Pay range: $80,000 to $110,000 annually
- Possibility for exceeding pay range depending on experience
