Overview:
- The Door is a youth development organization providing comprehensive services to nearly 11,000 young people in New York City each year.
- The Legal Services Center (LSC) offers direct legal services in areas such as immigration, public benefits, family law, and housing.
- The LSC's pro bono program partners with law firms to provide legal assistance and advocacy for youth.
- This position will focus on expanding the LSC's work at The Door's Bronx Youth Center and coordinating pro bono efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Represent young people in immigration matters, including SIJS, asylum, U Visas, and T Visas.
- Facilitate referrals to other services and collaborate with foster care agencies.
- Lead initiatives to advance youth rights and engage youth in the legal process.
- Assist with legal education efforts and maintain records for funding compliance.
- Supervise and mentor interns and volunteers and provide technical assistance to pro bono attorneys.
- Conduct trainings and support legal clinics.

Qualifications:
- . degree and admission to New York State Bar.
- At least 1 year of legal services experience in family or immigration law.
- Interest in comprehensive approach to youth development.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with trans and gender nonconforming individuals and survivors of violence preferred.
- Proficiency in French or Spanish required.

Work Schedule:
- Full time, Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week.

Salary:
- $67, - $76, Salary/year, commensurate with experience.
- Generous benefits package included.
