Job Title: Trial Attorney/Staff Counsel (Primarily Remote in California) Experience: Minimum 1 year of litigation experience Job Type: Full-time, remote Salary: $107, - $181, (may vary based on job level and geographic location) Position Summary: American Family Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Trial Attorney/Staff Counsel to provide legal representation and handle moderately complex litigation cases involving the corporation and/or its insured. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to the California State Bar or eligible for admission within a year of hiring. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates throughout the state of California.
