  • Prepare federal estate and gift tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee probate and trust administrations, including asset distribution and resolution of estate issues.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning strategies and tax implications.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of clients' financial situations to develop tailored estate plans.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Florida.
