Qualifications and Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, product liability or personal injury litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Trial experience is a bonus but not required
- Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio
- Emotional intelligence and humility
- Exceptional project management skills
- Willingness to collaborate and work on teams
- Experience to independently draft pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, settlement agreements and other standard documents

- Independently draft pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, settlement agreements and other standard documents
- Assist in trial preparation and participate in trials as needed
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and other parties involved in the case
- Collaborate with other team members to develop creative solutions to solve complex legal problems
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships

Requirements:
