Job Description:
- Seeking an ambitious Intellectual Property Litigation attorney with at least 4 years' experience to join our dynamic team at Williams Mullen in Raleigh, NC

- Will have significant responsibility and work closely with partners on all levels of client interaction
- Must have experience in intellectual property and trademark litigation, including acquisition and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights, trademark portfolio management, prosecuting trademark applications, and intellectual property licensing
- Experience with intellectual property disputes in state and federal courts, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and before arbitral panels in domain dispute resolution proceedings is necessary
- Experience in software licensing and e-commerce is highly desired
- Must demonstrate aptitude for collaborating and executing effective IP litigation strategies, as well as strong negotiation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take individual responsibility for client matters
- Must have a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems
- Strong writing credentials and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and participate in business development opportunities
