O’Hagan Meyer, a national law firm with offices across the country, is looking for an experienced attorney to join their California practice group in Orange County. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.

Position Requirements:
- Must be licensed in California
- Minimum 11 months of experience as a licensed attorney in general liability, construction law and/or business litigation
- Strong writing ability and exemplary research skills
- Willingness to learn
- Graduation from an ABA-accredited law school
- Experience with motion practice and depositions
- Capable of independent work
- Ability to multi-task
- Maintain accurate time records

Responsibilities:
- Handle general litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff
- Attend depositions and hearings as needed

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $90-130K
