Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on government contracts disputes, corporate transactions, suspension and debarment issues, and False Claims Act/internal investigation matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and other relevant materials.
• Provide legal counsel and support to clients during negotiations, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and case theories.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and precedents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington, . Bar.
• 2-4 years of experience practicing law, focusing on government contract disputes and related areas.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience litigating government contract disputes.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions.

Education:
