We have a strong presence in multiple cities throughout South Carolina and are currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Medical Malpractice Litigation/Personal Injury Litigation practice group.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal injury litigation
- Experience in medical malpractice litigation preferred
- Admitted to practice in South Carolina
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to manage files and work independently

Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and client reports
- Conduct depositions of lay witnesses and expert witnesses
- Retain and prepare expert witnesses
- Conduct legal and medical research
- Communicate with clients and opposing attorneys
- Manage a full caseload from beginning to end
- Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals on the medical malpractice team
