Duties:

• Focus on consumer collection litigation practice.
• Handle a caseload of collection matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Attend court hearings and proceedings.
• Assist senior attorneys in case management and strategy development.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve case objectives.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
