Law Firm is offering a new and exciting opportunity for a mid-level corporate associate to join our award-winning Life Sciences team! You will join a dynamic practice that concentrates on corporate transactions for cutting-edge high growth, life sciences, healthcare and technology companies in the US, Asia, and throughout the world. This includes working with venture backed private and public companies through a range of transactions including equity financing, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance.

Law Firm has over 250 life sciences-focused lawyers across all offices and is focused on growth in this area. We have been awarded “Biotechnology Law Firm of the Year” by . We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years’ experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including seed and venture capital transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings of securities and SEC reporting. Experience working with life sciences companies is preferred, but the group will also consider candidates who have only an interest in life sciences work (but not direct experience).

Candidates must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
