Job Title: Associate Counsel, Contract Review

Salary: $100 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Serving as supporting contract review counsel within the Office of Legal Affairs.
- Assisting the Director of Legal Affairs in advising and counseling management on various forms of contracts and agreements.
- Formulating and administering corporate policies related to contract matters.
- Developing and delivering training programs for management staff.
- Maintaining records, calendar, and other data related to the Office of Legal Affairs.
- Communicating with other professional and support staff.
- Interface with the Hospital's remote computer systems.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Providing professional, timely, and useful legal advice and services.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree.
- Bar admission to practice in the courts of the State of New York.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years legal experience, preferably in contract review and administration.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated presentation skills.
