A powerhouse in the field of plaintiff’s-side wage-and-hour class action litigation, seeks a highly-qualified First Year Attorney to join its expanding team. The firm has a robust caseload, in federal and state courts, against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. Focusing on the prosecution of consumer and employment class and representative actions, involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters, The firm has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of thousands of employees and consumers in California.

**Job Description**

* Assist in the prosecution of consumer and employment class and representative actions involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters.
* Assist in the preparation and filing of complaints, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
* Research and analyze legal issues and prepare memoranda for the firm’s attorneys.
* Work on discovery and other aspects of pre-trial work.
* Assist in the preparation and execution of trial strategy.
* Participate in settlement negotiations and other aspects of case resolution.
* Communicate with clients, co-counsel, court personnel, and other parties.

**Qualifications**

* . from an accredited law school
* California Bar admission (or in the process of obtaining admission)
* Excellent legal research and writing skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

**Compensation**

Salary is commensurate with experience.
