Focusing on the prosecution of consumer and employment class and representative actions, involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters, The firm has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of thousands of employees and consumers in California. **Job Description** * Assist in the prosecution of consumer and employment class and representative actions involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters. * Assist in the preparation and filing of complaints, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents. * Research and analyze legal issues and prepare memoranda for the firm’s attorneys. * Work on discovery and other aspects of pre-trial work. * Assist in the preparation and execution of trial strategy. * Participate in settlement negotiations and other aspects of case resolution. * Communicate with clients, co-counsel, court personnel, and other parties. **Qualifications** * . from an accredited law school * California Bar admission (or in the process of obtaining admission) * Excellent legal research and writing skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines **Compensation** Salary is commensurate with experience.
