Amazon is seeking experienced and talented Contracts Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts for an assigned business team. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team-wide meetings and collaborate on various projects, as well as have visibility to business leadership.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management, paralegal work, or other comparable legal experience. Previous in-house legal experience and experience with technology companies is a plus. This position is open to candidates in multiple locations, including Arlington, VA, Los Angeles, CA, New York City, NY, San Francisco, CA, and Seattle, WA.

In this role, you will have access to a variety of benefits and compensation packages, including base pay ranging from $60,800/year to $146,300/year depending on location and experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate legal terms of commercial contracts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable legal experience
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Analytical skills and ability to use data to make improvements
• Proven ability to create new procedures and workflows
• Self-starter with a focus on excellence and entrepreneurship
