Job Summary:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director of Global Supply Chain 2 for their Airborne Multifunction Sensors (AMS) Division at their BWI Campus in Baltimore, MD. This high-level position offers the opportunity to lead and partner with a wide range of internal stakeholders to support corporate, sector, and division objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Northrop Grumman supply chain and be knowledgeable in various areas such as engineering, contracts, manufacturing, and mission excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies for all AMS Division and BWI-based programs
- Act as the main focal point for supply chain commitments and coordinate cross-functionally to mitigate programmatic risks
- Lead supply chain program execution and ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontracted items
- Collaborate with other functions and programs to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and diversity requirements
- Implement supply chain best practices and engage in enterprise initiatives for employee development
- Partner with manufacturing, mission assurance, and engineering for successful delivery of materials and subcontracted items

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of applicable experience OR Master's degree and 7+ years of applicable experience
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work on-site in Baltimore, MD
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, change management, and analytical skills
- Experience with specific regulations and compliance practices in defense contractor supply chain activities
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
- Former military or government experience
- Experience managing managers and a broad range of suppliers and subcontractors
- Advanced education and professional development in supply chain management
- Training and/or accreditation in Agile, Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma Black belt
- Experience with digital transformation strategies and major proposal development
- Knowledge of supply chain tools and metrics

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of $218, - $327,
- Discretionary bonus and long-term incentives for eligible employees
