Singleton Schreiber, LLP, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Attorney to join our team as a Counsel for Environmental Litigation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our environmental litigation team and advocate for our clients' rights.

Salary and Benefits:

- Annual salary range of $200,000-$220,000

Responsibilities:

- Assist in leading and managing the environmental litigation team
- Manage discovery process
- Draft and prepare legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Make court appearances
- Participate in case strategy discussions
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
- Collaborate with attorneys on cases

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active license to practice law
- 10+ years of litigation experience
- Environmental/Toxic Torts experience
- Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, Microsoft Office, and various legal programs
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
