Should have immediately transferable skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Should have a working knowledge of income, estate and gift taxes. Should be highly motivated, self-starters, possessing good judgment and sound reasoning skills. Must be admitted to practice law in California.
