Law Firm is hiring an Energy/Natural Gas Attorney to join the Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Team. This position is open to any of our Michigan offices. The successful candidate will have knowledge of rules and regulations governing energy production and transmission/transportation as well as experience with matters at the Michigan Public Service Commission, including utility rate making cases and dispute resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of rules and regulations governing energy production and transmission/transportation


• Experience with matters at the Michigan Public Service Commission, including utility rate making cases and dispute resolution


• Experience with Power Purchase Agreements and other energy contracts involving renewable energy


• Excellent academic credentials


• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and quality
