Position:
- Seeking experienced Workers Compensation Attorney in Atlanta
- Regular full-time position with Farah & Farah

Responsibilities:
- Manage a heavy case load
- Handle all aspects of the case from inception to preparing the file for demands
- Open new files and make initial client contact
- Continuously monitor case status and review medical records
- Organize and maintain case files
- Communicate with clients and medical providers
- Verify insurance coverage and maintain contact with insurance company

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Workers Compensation experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with clients, field associates, and vendors
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology a plus
- Spanish speaking a plus
- JD from an accredited university and FL Bar Admission

As a Workers Compensation Attorney with Farah & Farah, you will be responsible for managing a heavy case load and handling all aspects of the case from inception to preparing the file for demands. This includes opening new files, making initial client contact, continuously monitoring case status, and organizing and maintaining case files. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients and medical providers, verifying insurance coverage, and maintaining contact with insurance companies.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of Workers Compensation experience, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and problem solving skills are also crucial, as well as strong interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with clients, field associates, and vendors. A basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is a plus, and Spanish speaking abilities are preferred. A JD from an accredited university and FL Bar Admission are also required for this position.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000-$60,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications, as well as dental, health, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401K, and employer paid short term disability and basic life insurance. Our schedule is a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, in an onsite professional office setting.
