Associate Attorney – Generalist/Labor & Employment

F3 Law, a law firm that specializes in providing legal support to public schools, is currently seeking a Generalist attorney with a focus on Labor & Employment for their Inland Empire office. This individual will work alongside a team of experienced and results-driven practitioners in various practice areas, including Labor & Employment, Governance, Students & Special Education, Higher Education, and Litigation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Labor & Employment practice areas, including administrative hearings, and must be a member of the State Bar of California.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in multiple practice areas, including Labor & Employment, Governance, Students & Special Education, Higher Education, and Litigation
- Provide legal support to public schools in the Inland Empire region
- Conduct research, write legal documents, and analyze information
- Attend administrative hearings and represent clients in court
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to provide high-quality legal services

Requirements:

- Prior experience in Labor & Employment practice areas, including administrative hearings, preferred
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Salary Information:
- Reasonably expected base salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year
- Actual base salary within the range will depend on years of practice and experience
- Additional bonuses and benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) with profit-sharing contributions, are also offered
