The KPMG Office of General Counsel (OGC) is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join their Litigation group as an Executive Director. In this role, you will provide legal support and defense for the firm in civil litigation, regulatory investigations, and other legal matters. Responsibilities:
- Providing counsel and representation for civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations
- Developing and implementing strategies to successfully and cost-effectively resolve litigation and regulatory matters
- Collaborating with outside counsel and other members of OGC to deliver high-quality legal representation
- Reporting to and consulting with senior leadership on legal issues arising in litigation and regulatory matters
- Assisting in developing financial projections for supervised matters

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience defending complex litigations and regulatory investigations, preferably involving accounting firms or financial institutions
- JD or LLM from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the .
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines with high-quality results
- Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and collaboration skills
