Job Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of personal injury cases through the pre-litigation claim process
Negotiating with insurance companies on behalf of clients
Maintaining positive client relationships
Drafting legal documents such as correspondence, pleadings, and settlement agreements
Ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards and regulations
Providing direction and supervision to non-attorney staff

Qualifications:

Active Bar license in Oklahoma
At least 1 year of civil practice experience
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology
Commitment to providing responsive and compassionate client service
