## Pierce Atwood - Associate or Counsel with 4-7 Years of Transactional Experience

Pierce Atwood, a law firm, is seeking an Associate or Counsel with concentrated in the areas of debt finance and restructuring. This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with a variety of borrowers and lenders in a variety of financing transactions.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Structuring, documenting, and managing financing transactions from term sheet to closing
- Representing borrowers and lenders in secured, unsecured, asset-based, mezzanine, bilateral, syndicated, receivables financing, acquisition financing, cross-border financing, restructurings, workouts, etc.
- Negotiating and drafting financing documents
- Researching and advising clients on legal matters
- Working with other departments and attorneys to ensure client objectives are met

**Qualifications:**

- concentrated in the fields of debt finance and restructuring
- Proven experience in structuring, documenting, and managing financing transactions
- Restructuring, workout, and bankruptcy experience desired, but not required
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- JD degree from an accredited law school
