The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in healthcare litigation, with a strong background in federal and state court practice and procedure, as well as alternative dispute resolution. Experience with government investigations and federal criminal practice, including the False Claims Act, Anti-kickback statute, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, OIG/DOJ investigations, and healthcare fraud, is a plus. As an associate in our healthcare litigation team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile cases, representing clients in the healthcare industry. You will work closely with partners and senior associates, gaining valuable experience and mentorship.
