Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- 12+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex construction contracts.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US without visa or employer sponsorship.
- Must be a member of the State Bar or have the ability to obtain membership as an in-house counsel.
