Position Summary:

The Tax Transformation Office at Deloitte Tax is focused on transforming client service delivery through people, process, and technology. As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate with Tax subject matter specialists, technologists, and key stakeholders to drive improvements across the full range of Tax market offerings. Responsibilities:

- Understand Tax business strategy and transformation aspirations
- Stakeholder engagement to establish strong business relationships
- Coach and develop Tax Transformation team to deepen delivery capabilities
- Strategic program management of multiple projects that span Tax Years
- Project management including defining and managing workplans, resource estimates, and budget management
- Identify and deliver key results with clear status tracking
- Identify dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests and work with stakeholders to identify appropriate remediation plans
- Engage with Tax professionals to assess client service delivery pain points and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Business process analysis and application of agile and design thinking techniques
- Decompose business requirements into functional requirements
- Collaborate throughout the technology development lifecycle
- Oversee user testing
- Review and contribute to learning strategy and materials
- Assess business readiness
- Analyze user feedback and develop related action plans
- Lead deployment
- Decommission legacy systems
- Executive reporting
- Integrate program and project resources, including communication and change management

The Team:

Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is made up of professionals with varying backgrounds, including Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on process design, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 – 3 days per week
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on project work and phase of the delivery cycle
- One of the following active accreditations obtained:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
- If not CPA eligible:
