Position Requirements:
• Minimum of three years of experience in a top tier law firm
• Strong background in commercial real estate transactions
• Knowledge of acquisitions and sales, financing, development, and leasing
• Experience with title, land use, conservation easements, and rights of way
• Familiarity with construction contracts and loan documents
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
